雙語職場：面試的真正目的是什么？

你知道面試的真正目的嗎？也許你曾納悶過，你的簡歷招聘人員已經(jīng)看過了，他們也對你電話面試過了，所有的證明材料他們也都檢查過了，為什么還要你在面試的時候再重復(fù)一遍呢？其實面試的真正目的不過是要看看你是否討他們喜歡。這也是人們在面試中常常失策的地方。

Hiring managers today have a lot of tools at their disposal to figure out if you're qualified for a job. And a phone screen can give a sense of your verbal abilities。

This is what the face-to-face interview is all about. So make a great first impression, and focus on making sure the interviewer likes you。
