hello,everybody ,i'm happy to make a speech here.my name's sheng aifeng.i'm from kun tong primary school.today my topic is a story of a small village. next i will tell you a sad story about ourselves.long long ago,there was a beautiful village,it was my hometown.how nice it was! look,there was a beautiful forest near river,the trees were tall and straight,the sky was blue, the air was flesh, it looked like a green sea.people lived there happily.but with the development of the society,more and more buildings stood in our village,many new cupboardstables、chairs and others came out. so woods became fewer and fewer,even some floods ofen happened, people lived there sadly.after we hear the story,should we do something for it? we're young pioneers,proecting trees is our duty,let's do by ourselves.i hope everyone makes a contribution to protecting our environment, our hometown anji will become more and more beautiful.
my great pleasure to share my dream with you today.i have kept the dream in my mind for so long that whoever in the sun is able to live a happy life for ever.
i think this dream is deeply rooted in the future. as we can see, we are now not far away from violence, poverty, diseases, environmental pollution and even wars. most of people are in need of what they have never enjoyed. however, i still can stick to my innermost dream, as i still can see the bright lights in our future. i believe, there will be a day when those from the rich counties are really willing to share what they have with those from the poor countries; there will be a day when we are surprised to find that the word poverty has long been out of our memories; there will be a day when we are together to share our dreams and we will all contribute to making our common dreams come true.
i will not just wait but to take action to live in my dream.

Dream likes a beautiful flower. Different people have different dreams.They make the earth colorful and wonderful. A dream is a target in life, in which it can give people power. It can show people the directions and final destinations.I have three dreams.
My first dream is that I wish I could go to college some day, which is also the one of many other students' dreams. Going to college for further education can not only enrich our knowledge, but also teach us how to behave better. I always imagine that the college life must be very interesting. This dream gives me energy to study harder and harder. Now I'm trying my best to make it come true. Sure, I have enough confidence to realize my dream.
My second dream is becoming an excellent doctor. I always dream that I could turn a doctor like Bai Qiuen, so that I could cure a lot of patients, help them get rid of sick devil, let them lead a healthy and happy life, and finally I will feel happy, too.
My third dream is that all the people together with the surroundings can live in perfect harmony. There are no quarrellings, no cheatings, and no wars in the world. We should be kind to each other, love each other and care each other. All the people in the world could get along as well as a big family with each other. I dream that we could enjoy absolute peace and freedom.

Now, let's start with the first part: the importance of job satisfaction.
A job provides an individual with the necessary means to remain satisfied in almost every aspect of life such as leisure,health and social life.Several key factors are thought to be critical for an employee to achieve job satisfaction.
Let's turn to the second part: the factors of job satisfaction. A reasonable salary is of course the most important factor in job satisfaction.In many people's minds,an ideal job is first of all a well-paid one, which makes the employee feel that he is fairly rewarded for what he has done for the company.Another important element of job satisfaction is the nature of the job itself. Job satisfaction can never be achieved if the employee's education , skills and interests.Finally,job satisfaction is closely associated with being part of the decision-making process in the company as well as having opportunities for promotion.

When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Thank you very much for choosing to e in such a cold night。today my topic is about choice and process。a research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day。with so many choices one day， people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life。 in my opinion， the following part is of much more importance than the choice。 there is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life， which the process makes the difference。 life is a box of chocolate，you never know what you will get。
Forrest gump made no decision by and for himself but he acplished great success with his strong will in the process。 the process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ，the caution， courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles。 take myself as an example， i changed my major when i became a postgraduate。 after the choice，days have been harsh for me。i cannot understand the new lessons at all。
For they are closely related to mathmatics which i learned nothing about before。 however wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself，i persisted。
I asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life。 gradually i could understand some parts and even found maths interesting。moreover，I learned to act instead of plaining。 in retrospect，the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months bees an unforgetable experience in my life。 no matter what the choice is， enjoy the process。 in the process， your potential will be inspired and new discoveries，improvement and progress will e to you。
These are the most beautiful sceneries and only on the way can you see it。these make your life colorful。
