寫好個人自述的確不是一件容易的事，你需要投入很多的時間和精力。
每年高考自主招生簡章發(fā)布之后，很多高考生都忙著準(zhǔn)備自薦信和個人自述。根據(jù)往年參加自主招生高考生的經(jīng)驗，一味的抄范文是很容易在初審的時候不通過的，只有在了解自薦信和個人自述的格式，然后仔細(xì)分析自己的優(yōu)勢，寫出來的自薦材料才是最容易打動學(xué)校的。
個人陳述有中學(xué)推薦資格的學(xué)生，相對于自薦的學(xué)生通過高校初審是比較容易的，所以如果可能，建議家長盡可能爭取校薦資格。自薦的學(xué)生，如果沒有很硬的獲獎證明，唯一能說服高校老師給考生一個考試的機會可能就是個人陳述材料了。
自主招生初審階段，個人陳述是高校招辦老師了解學(xué)生的一個重要手段，考生的平時成績和高中階段獲得的重要獎項，是否能通過自主招生初審的主要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，除此之外就是個人陳述了，一個好的個人陳述對于考生來說就是助推劑，甚至特別優(yōu)秀的個人陳述也能決定你能否通過初審。
個人陳述在寫之前，先要整理出來一個思路�；貞浺幌履阍诔砷L經(jīng)歷中對你影響比較大的故事、人物，再把你所有的優(yōu)點和特長羅列出來，不要覺得自己沒有什么優(yōu)點，可以和父母或者一些關(guān)系比較親密的人討論，通過他們的口來發(fā)掘和認(rèn)識你自己。
通過各種途徑詳細(xì)了解你要報考的大學(xué)特色，但是短時間了解一個大學(xué)的特點對于一個高三考生來說是比較困難的，我們先可以在網(wǎng)上查詢大學(xué)的校訓(xùn)、大學(xué)的歷史、大學(xué)所在地域特點、大學(xué)的優(yōu)勢學(xué)科、大學(xué)中曾經(jīng)發(fā)生過的一些感人的故事，大學(xué)名師和名人校友等方面來入手了解一個大學(xué)。此外還要了解你報考的專業(yè)將來要從事什么職業(yè)，是否符合你的人生理想，也要了解你所報考的專業(yè)，在大學(xué)中學(xué)習(xí)哪些課程。
下一步，需要確定一個大概的文章思路，結(jié)合你報考的大學(xué)和專業(yè)特點，確定應(yīng)該重點表現(xiàn)哪些優(yōu)勢特長。然后就需要確立文章的整理思路，開頭表達要新穎，中間部分重點說明你的特長優(yōu)勢和學(xué)習(xí)成長歷程，再加一些你的人生感悟。結(jié)尾部分最好說明一下你的報考這個大學(xué)和專業(yè)的理由，然后表述你對未來的.規(guī)劃和你的理想。
這樣一篇個人陳述的大體框架就比較完整了。
在寫的過程中還有一些注意事項：
1、要分清主次，有所強調(diào);一定要圍繞事先確定的內(nèi)容和思路進行撰寫，寫的時候不要東一榔頭西一棒子，覺得這樣重要，那也重要，都想放進去，把自己寫的無比優(yōu)秀，這樣缺乏文章的連貫性，讓讀者老師覺得很你很浮躁。一定要在眾多優(yōu)點中突出能符合你所報大學(xué)和專業(yè)要求的優(yōu)點，其他優(yōu)點簡單提一下，甚至可以不提;
2、思路新穎，要有一個比較好的切入點，好的開頭能讓你老師對你印象深刻，也能吸引老師閱讀下去;
3、文章主體為說明文，可以兼用敘述、議論、描寫、抒情等多種表達方式;
4、將考生所獲獎項穿插在考生的興趣愛好、文章觀點和故事當(dāng)中，作為說明考生情況的一種結(jié)果，盡量用高中期間的獲獎獎項，實在沒有可以用高中以前的，寫明獲獎名次及名稱，這些獎項的使用，應(yīng)該是和文章的有機結(jié)合，是為了說明你的特長、優(yōu)勢，不能為說明獎項而寫;
5、情感真摯，不做作。具體形象表現(xiàn)考生的成績和能力時，關(guān)鍵要感情真摯，表現(xiàn)一個真實的人;對于一個報考理工科而且語文成績不是十分突出的考生，文字盡量要樸實，鋪陳直述，可以不用那么多華麗的辭藻堆砌;
6、充分張揚XX后高考考生的風(fēng)貌個性，每個人都有自己的夢想，想象一下，每年一個大學(xué)的自主招生至少有三四千人報考，一個招辦老師可能需要閱讀上千封個人陳述;好的文章不會讓老師感到厭煩，能通過你的個人陳述喜歡上你這個人;
7、文筆好的學(xué)生寫的時候注意文字流暢，無錯字語病，有一定文采，文字精練又有深意，可以引經(jīng)據(jù)典，可以用排比、擬人、比喻等一些修辭手法穿插在文章中，突出自己的個性，能讓審閱老師閱讀時留下深刻美好的印象;
8、可以寫寫為什么要報考這個大學(xué)，為什么報考這個專業(yè)，適當(dāng)表現(xiàn)出考生對所報考大學(xué)的向往和對所報考專業(yè)的喜愛;
9、一般個人陳述要在大學(xué)報名開始之前寫好，大學(xué)自主招生招生章程出來之后，仔細(xì)閱讀。

20xx年通過初中三年的努力，我順利進入我的母�！�****中學(xué)進行學(xué)習(xí)。***中學(xué)屬省一級重點中學(xué)之一，近幾年高考捷報頻頻，20xx年被評為首批**省一級普通高中特色示范學(xué)校。通過努力學(xué)習(xí)，在高二伊始，我順利成為20xx級理科重點班中的一員。我非常熱愛數(shù)學(xué)、物理及英語，數(shù)字、公式于我而言，是非常曼妙的文字。因此在這些科目中我都能夠取得不錯的成績。我相信我還具有非常大的潛力，將在我日后的學(xué)習(xí)中，不斷發(fā)輝。 在高中的住宿生活開始，由于我性格開朗，很榮幸得被大家推舉為寢室長。平日里，我也很樂于幫助同學(xué)們解決生活及學(xué)習(xí)上的難題。高中的學(xué)業(yè)非常繁忙，但我深知健康的體魄對于學(xué)習(xí)的重要性，因此平時會抽時間和同學(xué)們一起打籃球和乒乓球來放松自己。此外，在高一的時候，我參與了學(xué)校自管會（學(xué)生自我管理委員會）和學(xué)生會干部的選拔，并非常榮幸的能夠成為自管會的副會長及學(xué)生會的一員，這樣的經(jīng)歷不僅讓我結(jié)識了許多優(yōu)秀的學(xué)長學(xué)姐，也培養(yǎng)了我的組織和管理能力。
貴校華南理工大學(xué)，作為享譽中外的理工科大學(xué)，是很多理科生的夢想大學(xué)，于我也不例外。坐落在美麗的廣州，國內(nèi)首批“211工程”“985工程”高校，六十多年校史沉淀下來的深厚文化底蘊，“博學(xué)慎思，明辨篤行”的校訓(xùn)，都深深的吸引著我。我堅信貴校就像一個巨人，將給予我一個看向更遠(yuǎn)更開闊世界的平臺。如果能順利進入貴校學(xué)習(xí)，我將繼續(xù)刻苦努力，積極參加校內(nèi)活動，不斷提升個人能力，在所學(xué)領(lǐng)域中有所建樹，對社會和家鄉(xiāng)貢獻自己的微薄之力。
