　　本科畢業(yè)后，我在實(shí)習(xí)，從事工作，扎實(shí)的會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)課基礎(chǔ)使我在工作中如魚得水。實(shí)習(xí)期間，我努力做好本職工作的同時(shí)，注意發(fā)現(xiàn)大廳人員管理中的問題，并帶來了很多新穎的可操作的發(fā)展思路。xx年，我進(jìn)入XX公司，從事工作。較強(qiáng)的邏輯思維能力和系統(tǒng)思維能力，使我在工作中能夠正確處理工作方方面面的問題。通過參加公司內(nèi)部計(jì)劃的制定，我對(duì)管理知識(shí)有了更深入的理解和掌握，因此，我有信心進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)管理知識(shí)，從事企業(yè)管理或相關(guān)研究工作。

　　之所以報(bào)考MBA，主要有以下三點(diǎn)原因：一是我對(duì)管理學(xué)有強(qiáng)烈的.興趣，希望能夠深入系統(tǒng)的開展相關(guān)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)；二是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)經(jīng)理人的夢(mèng)想，需要更深層次的自我發(fā)展，學(xué)習(xí)提高；三是為了指導(dǎo)實(shí)際工作，經(jīng)過MBA的鍛煉，能夠提升自已的管理能力，提高所在企業(yè)的管理水平。

My name is __Im 29 years old, Im a native of Chongqing girl. I graduated from the Chongqing normal university in July,.My majoring in journalism. During the past seven years,I have been worked in China mobile Chongqing branch and I was a secretary. From last October.
