　　這是我第一次經(jīng)歷社會(huì)實(shí)踐。對(duì)于一個(gè)大學(xué)生生而言的，敢于接受挑戰(zhàn)是一種基本的素質(zhì)。雖天氣嚴(yán)寒，寒風(fēng)呼嘯，我毅然踏上了社會(huì)實(shí)踐的道路。想通過親身體驗(yàn)社會(huì)實(shí)踐讓自己更進(jìn)一步了解社會(huì)，在實(shí)踐中增長見識(shí)，鍛煉自己的才干，培養(yǎng)自己的韌性，想通過社會(huì)實(shí)踐，找出自己的不足和差距所在。

　　在現(xiàn)今社會(huì)，就業(yè)問題就似乎總是圍繞在我們的身邊，成了說不完的話題。招聘會(huì)上的大字報(bào)都總寫著“有經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先”，可還在校園里面的我們這班學(xué)子社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)又會(huì)擁有多少呢?為了拓展自身的知識(shí)面，擴(kuò)大與社會(huì)的接觸面，增加個(gè)人在社會(huì)競爭中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，鍛煉和提高自己的能力，以便在以后畢業(yè)后能真正真正走入社會(huì)，能夠適應(yīng)國內(nèi)外的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的變化，并且能夠在生活和工作中很好的地處理各方面的問題，開始了我這個(gè)假期的社會(huì)實(shí)踐。實(shí)踐，就是把我們?cè)趯W(xué)校所學(xué)的理論知識(shí)，運(yùn)用到客觀實(shí)際中去，使自己所學(xué)的理論知識(shí)有用武之地。只學(xué)不實(shí)踐，那么所學(xué)的就等于零。理論應(yīng)該與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合。另一方面，實(shí)踐可為以后找工作打基礎(chǔ)。通過這段時(shí)間的實(shí)習(xí)，學(xué)到一些在學(xué)校里學(xué)不到的東西。因?yàn)榄h(huán)境的不同，接觸的人與事不同，從中所學(xué)的東西自然就不一樣了。要學(xué)會(huì)從實(shí)踐中學(xué)習(xí)，從學(xué)習(xí)中實(shí)踐。

　　正所謂“不以規(guī)矩不能成方圓”。超市作為一個(gè)經(jīng)營單位，自然有自己的規(guī)矩。例如不許篡位，不許隨意換崗，不許隨意閑逸聊天等等。像我，是負(fù)責(zé)在食品區(qū)的巧克力區(qū)站崗的，就不能跑去生活用品區(qū)，更不能與同崗位的同事無視客人而侃侃而談。在超市工作，必須有一個(gè)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)男呐c一份嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膽B(tài)度。首先，這就表現(xiàn)在嚴(yán)格固定的.上班時(shí)間。我的上班時(shí)間是早上8點(diǎn)到中午12點(diǎn)半，晚上是7點(diǎn)到10點(diǎn)半。超市服務(wù)員的工作看似簡簡單單地站站就可以了，但是，只有真正從事這份工作后才知其艱辛。早上必須一早起床，睡眼惺忪地就要開始到達(dá)上班地點(diǎn)站崗了，而且一站就是幾個(gè)小時(shí)，這樣一天站下來，腳都有點(diǎn)顫抖了，發(fā)軟了。唯一休息的時(shí)間，也就是上廁所的時(shí)間。而且，作為一個(gè)合格的超市服務(wù)員，不能只是呆呆地站著，還必須適當(dāng)?shù)难a(bǔ)貨。貨架上的貨物被顧客買走了，貨架就有空位置了，這是，我們就得從倉庫把同樣的產(chǎn)品拿來補(bǔ)到原來的位子上去。如果超市的顧客很多的話，不能只顧著補(bǔ)貨，要看著點(diǎn)的，防止小偷的偷竊行為。當(dāng)然，不是每時(shí)每刻都有貨上的。有時(shí)，貨架上的貨物都補(bǔ)齊了，人就比較閑，但是這個(gè)閑不能表現(xiàn)出來，必須找別的事情做的。超市是不允許養(yǎng)一個(gè)懶惰的員工的。所以，這個(gè)時(shí)候還得負(fù)責(zé)所在位置的清潔工作，要貨架與食物看起來時(shí)刻都那么地光鮮亮麗，這樣客人才有購買欲。除此之外，員工還必須掌握所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的相關(guān)知識(shí)。比如我負(fù)責(zé)的是巧克力區(qū)，那么我就必須掌握巧克力的相關(guān)知識(shí)，包括熱量，價(jià)格，味道等等。顧客就是上帝，當(dāng)顧客問到相關(guān)問題時(shí)，我們就能答得上話，盡忠盡職了。

　　作為一個(gè)大學(xué)生，通過寒假打工我認(rèn)識(shí)到這是其參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的形式之一，也是勤工儉學(xué)的有效途徑;大學(xué)生打工是發(fā)展教育的需要，也是學(xué)生自身發(fā)展的需要的;而且大學(xué)生打工也可以增強(qiáng)自身競爭力。從學(xué)校教育的角度來看，大學(xué)生打工，可以在一定程度上彌補(bǔ)我國現(xiàn)行大學(xué)教育體系中書本知識(shí)與社會(huì)實(shí)踐嚴(yán)重脫節(jié)的缺陷，提高大學(xué)生的社會(huì)實(shí)踐能力，增加大學(xué)生的社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，訓(xùn)練大學(xué)生的實(shí)際社交能力和自我保護(hù)能力。
