He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure.

　　In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth. He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome. 　　第一個(gè)理由就是，當(dāng)一個(gè)人有自信的時(shí)候，就會(huì)相信自己的.能力。他會(huì)相信自己可以而且一定會(huì)成功，這一點(diǎn)讓他有勇氣嘗試新事物。想要成功，我們必須愿意冒

　　險(xiǎn)，所以有自信是很重要的。另一個(gè)理由是，有信心的人很少放棄，即使失敗了，還是會(huì)不斷嘗試，直到成功。最后一個(gè)理由是，有信心的人不怕炫耀自己的成就，

　　這并不表示他們應(yīng)該自夸，而是應(yīng)該優(yōu)雅、有信心地接受別人的贊美。當(dāng)他們?cè)趯W(xué)業(yè)或工作上的成就更受人注目時(shí)，成功的可能性就更高了。

　　簡(jiǎn)言之，我認(rèn)為自信是成功最重要的因素。自信使人勇于冒險(xiǎn)，失敗了會(huì)再接再厲，成功時(shí)能享受自己的成就。有了這些能力，有信心的人就能夠輕易地在學(xué)業(yè)或工作上獲得成功。
