to spend much time on reading letters. 盡量保證文字簡潔。 4 always try to be courteous even if the letter is sent to a much smaller firm.

5 don’t forget to check the grammar, punctuation and spelling before you send

1. 商務(wù)簽證邀請函需用邀請公司正式的抬頭紙，有l(wèi)ogo有電話有地址。
2. 有準(zhǔn)確的訪問目的、訪問日期和回程日期最好。
3. 費用問題一定要寫明白，通常是被邀請公司（即中國公司）支付。建議不要寫個人支付。
4. 最好有一個名單表，寫明名單表信息，避免重名的麻煩。
5. 落款要有邀請人的親筆簽名，最后再有正楷的拼寫。
