Hello everyone:
the topic of my speech today is "raising the sail of entrepreneurship".
University Campus used to be the birthplace of new ideas, new science and new culture. When we re-examine today's university campus according to this concept which has been inherited for more than 20 years, we suddenly find that the students are inevitably assimilated by the broader and more tempting world outside the courtyard wall. The era of white clothes is over, and college students are more realistic in the form of employment, going abroad to make money and even paying debts. Coupled with the fierce financial storm, more and more college students are facing the embarrassing problem of unemployment after graduation. Facing the severe situation, I can't help asking: college students, are you ready?
"Four dreams of youth" tells us that the ideal of life and the dream of youth should be realized by wisdom. The key is to persistently create and grasp opportunities. Nowadays, the party and the state have issued many policies to encourage and support college students' entrepreneurship. Why can't we accept the invitation of the times and embark on the road of unlimited hope? Maybe you need to ask what entrepreneurship is. Entrepreneurship is the courage to take the road that others have not gone through, entrepreneurship is not afraid of the difficulties and obstacles on the way forward, entrepreneurship is to seek the positive realization of self-worth in continuous development! But what about the other side? What is entrepreneurship? It may be a failure in reality, or it may be a disappointment after a taste of the world. 職專(zhuān)三年得到的不僅是一張文憑，更多的是應(yīng)該是知識(shí)和能力的增長(zhǎng)。作為一名職專(zhuān)畢業(yè)生，畢業(yè)也不僅僅是一條“謀職“路可走，同時(shí)還有考研、留學(xué)、但是你有沒(méi)有想過(guò)創(chuàng)業(yè)呢？別以為自己兩手空空，白手起家，其實(shí)資本就在你的腦袋里！職專(zhuān)畢業(yè)生，白手亦可起家！
創(chuàng)業(yè)是每一個(gè)職專(zhuān)畢業(yè)生必須擁有的一段經(jīng)歷，它使我們?cè)趯?shí)踐中了解社會(huì)、在實(shí)踐中鞏固知識(shí)；創(chuàng)業(yè)又是對(duì)每一位職專(zhuān)畢業(yè)生專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)的一種檢驗(yàn)，它讓我們學(xué)到了很多在課堂上根本就學(xué)不到的知識(shí)，既開(kāi)闊了視野，又增長(zhǎng)了見(jiàn)識(shí)，為我們以后進(jìn)一步走向社會(huì)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，也是我們走向工作崗位的第一步。
考慮創(chuàng)業(yè)已經(jīng)很久了，看了關(guān)于這方面的資料已很多。對(duì)自己的將來(lái)已經(jīng)有了很充分的打算。在中國(guó)，創(chuàng)業(yè)，有很多好的項(xiàng)目，可以說(shuō)，任何一個(gè)小的在小的再不起眼的東西，如果真的干好了都會(huì)成功的。中國(guó)就是這樣，地大物博，什么都充滿(mǎn)著商機(jī)。我們看看，北京這么繁華的城市，做那些那買(mǎi)賣(mài)的都是外地人，比如擦皮鞋、買(mǎi)冰棍什么的，在北京本地人看，都是讓人瞧不起的，都是讓別人看做是有點(diǎn)的東西，的買(mǎi)賣(mài)，但在他們眼里這確實(shí)自己崇高的事業(yè)，畢竟他們要某生，既然要生存就得拉下臉強(qiáng)忍著勁干。不排除機(jī)遇和運(yùn)氣，單就是他們自己的毅力和信念，都是他們以后成功最大的法寶了。然而后來(lái)，他們真的有成功的，這就是福，這就是當(dāng)初他們不干人后，做出的抉擇。這也就是中國(guó)市場(chǎng)之所大的最好的表現(xiàn)。蒙牛集團(tuán)的老總牛根生，當(dāng)初有什么，當(dāng)初是如何起家的，非常的辛苦，窮孩子呀，50塊錢(qián)被賣(mài)到城里，后來(lái)一步一步的開(kāi)始了自己的人生打算�？疵恳粋�(gè)例子，無(wú)不體現(xiàn)著各個(gè)商機(jī)的存在。
中國(guó)人說(shuō)：[塞翁失馬，焉知非福]在每一個(gè)失敗中都含有成功的因子，我相信從失敗中學(xué)到的東西，要比成功中學(xué)到的東西多。
會(huì)計(jì)本來(lái)就是煩瑣的工作。在學(xué)習(xí)期間，我曾覺(jué)得整天要對(duì)著那枯燥無(wú)味的賬目和數(shù)字而心生煩悶、厭倦，以致于登賬登得錯(cuò)漏百出。愈錯(cuò)愈煩，愈煩愈錯(cuò)，這只會(huì)導(dǎo)致“雪上加霜”。反之，只要你用心地做，反而會(huì)左右逢源。越做越覺(jué)樂(lè)趣，越做越起勁。梁?jiǎn)⒊f(shuō)過(guò)：凡職業(yè)都具有趣味的.，只要你肯干下去，趣味自然會(huì)發(fā)生。因此，做賬切忌：粗心大意，馬虎了事，心浮氣躁。做任何事都一樣，需要有恒心、細(xì)心和毅力，那才會(huì)到達(dá)成功的彼岸！
作為自身而言，處在這個(gè)與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)大潮時(shí)代，作為一名財(cái)會(huì)專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)員，在校學(xué)習(xí)期間應(yīng)更好的學(xué)好財(cái)會(huì)專(zhuān)業(yè)里的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，打好理論基礎(chǔ)；在財(cái)務(wù)實(shí)習(xí)的時(shí)候按要求認(rèn)真參與每一個(gè)實(shí)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)，總結(jié)實(shí)際操作中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和積累學(xué)習(xí)中自身的不足，密切關(guān)注和了解會(huì)計(jì)工作發(fā)展的最新動(dòng)向，為以后即將從事的會(huì)計(jì)工作打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，當(dāng)自己走出校園，成為一名名副其實(shí)的財(cái)會(huì)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才，在大浪淘沙中讓自己能夠找到自己屹立之地，讓自己的所學(xué)為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)作出自己應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。
